“I’ve known I wanted an estate/manor wedding forever! When we decided to keep the wedding in Michigan, I immediately started searching venues in the state and quickly learned that my options were VERY limited. Like many other brides, I found Greencrest Manor first and fell in love, but was blown away by the price tag. Someone in this group recommended the Felt to me, and when we went to tour I knew it was the one (for a small fraction of what Greencrest would’ve been). Derrick and Holden, the event managers, are absolutely amazing. They were so kind, easy to work with, and they and their staff are INCREDIBLE at what they do! I truly could not have imagined a better weekend and it wouldn’t have been at all possible without them. 1000/10 recommend, thank you guys so so much!!”

“Dylan and I wanted to say thank you so much again for allowing us to stay at the felt for our wedding. It was seriously a dream experience and the day could not have gone any better. Grace, Katie, and Stephanie were all SO amazing and we truly could not have had a better wedding. I wanted to make sure the staff (particularly Grace!!) know how thankful we are for them being around for us. We can’t wait to come back! From their communication, planning, and day of coordination, our day was absolutely perfect. It was a dream venue and I wish I could have my wedding at The Felt a thousand times over again!”

“Just like the estate itself, our wedding here felt like it was out of a fairytale. Everything from the mansion, the water garden, the carriage house and the reception space completely exceeded our expectations. Not only is it STUNNING, but it is run and cared for so well. Throughout the planning process, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Derrick - he made our whole experience from start to finish so seamless and easy. He was responsive, extremely helpful and really helped make our vision a reality. This venue is such a hidden gem in our beautiful state and all of our guests couldn’t stop gushing over how obsessed they were with it (just as we are/were when we first saw it). I truly could not recommend this venue enough.”

“The Felt Estate is absolutely beautiful! We had the package where we got the grounds for the day and we were able to spend the night in the mansion too which was super convenient. The staff at the Felt Mansion are so incredibly friendly, hardworking, and helpful! We were able to have a couple of meetings with Derrick and he was great helping us with floor plans and giving overall wedding advice. He even went out of his way to help us with our wedding coordinator who decided to scam us. Overall would 100% recommend The Felt Estate.”

“We just got married at the Felt last weekend and it was a DREAM!! We live out of state and toured the venue virtually with Derrick + Holden and they immediately made us feel welcomed. Along the way, they both answered many questions and helped us tackle last minute changes! The staff including: Stephanie, Grace, Katie & Makenna were all fabulous! We had some rain concerns the day of and they worked endlessly until the last minute to help us have our ceremony outside like we wanted! Truly everyone on the team is so warm, inviting, helpful, and incredibly talented! The venue itself is STUNNING!! We got married outside the fountain, did cocktail hour inside the mansion and had the reception in the tent. Every single guest was raving about the restoration and how beautiful the venue is! We truly couldn't imagine ourselves getting married anywhere else and the staff was incredible! If you're venue shopping, please choose the Felt! You won't regret it!!!”
