  • Destination Package

    Our premier package gives you the exclusive use of The Felt Estate for two days and two nights! You can host multiple wedding festivities right at the estate: an elegant rehearsal dinner at the mansion, a rustic welcome party at the Carriage House and a grand wedding reception in the tent.

  • For planning purposes, we recommend a minimum overall budget of $45,000 for 100 guests. On average, couples getting married at The Felt Estate will spend between $50,000 and $90,000 when accounting for catering, bar, entertainment, décor, invitations, fashion, transportation, photography, videography, and more.

    Since services beyond the venue rental are contracted directly with professional wedding vendors, the total cost of a wedding can vary greatly depending on your guest count, preferences, and selections.

  • Linens are not included in our packages, but are available as an additional rental.

  • We don’t offer in-house catering or bar, but offer a selection of exclusive catering and bar companies. Explore our curated list of exclusive vendors.

  • Event staff will be onsite to maintain the estate and assist with services that are provided through the estate. Wedding coordination and wedding planning services are not included with our packages. While not required, we we recommend hiring a wedding coordinator or planner.   • Yes. The Felt Estate is an easy destination from Chicago and a popular choice for couples planning a Michigan wedding near Chicago. Located in Holland, Michigan, the estate is about a two hour drive from downtown Chicago, depending on traffic and about three hours via train.

    Many of our couples and their guests travel from the Chicago area and treat their wedding as a relaxed destination weekend, enjoying Lake Michigan, nearby beaches, and the charm of Holland and Saugatuck. It feels like a true getaway without the need for flights or complicated travel plans.
