EXCLUSIVE PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION EXPERIENCE
Step into the shadows and embrace the supernatural with paranormal investigator and television personality Adam Berry. Join Adam, alongside friends John E.L. Tenney and Jessica Knapik of the What’s Up Weirdo podcast, for a night that promises to uncover the secrets of the beyond.
The evening includes a meet & greet, question and answer session, and overview of the estate history and hauntings, followed by an exclusive four-hour paranormal investigation of the historic Felt Mansion and Carriage House led by Adam Berry and John E.L. Tenney.

Tickets for this VIP experience are $200 and limited to 40 investigators each evening.

Dare to venture into the realm of the unknown as we resurrect Hauntings & History Nights at the enigmatic Felt Estate this autumn! Whispers of ghostly tales have enveloped the estate for ages, and now, an extraordinary opportunity awaits - the chance to uncover the truth behind the chilling legends.
Hauntings & History Unveiled Presentation
Embark on a journey through time as the estate's rich history and spine-tingling supernatural phenomena intertwine. This year's experience begins in the chapel where those who have personally confronted the spectral mysteries share their encounters, sending shivers down your spine.
Path of Shadows: Illuminated by Candlelight*
Step into a realm cloaked in darkness, illuminated by the enchanting glow of candles. Explore the estate's hidden corners – the mansion, the carriage house, the sprawling grounds – as they come alive with the secrets of the past. During this mesmerizing 90-minute self-guided expedition, access areas rarely revealed to the public. And for those with a penchant for mingling with the ethereal, arm yourself with your EMF detector, infrared thermometer, or REM Pod and partake in your very own ghostly quest.

*Only the first floor of the mansion and carriage house are handicap accessible. All other floors are accessible via stairs only.

We welcome attendees of any age. The experience may not be suitable for all children - please make the best decision for your family. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

As a historic home, we do not have an elevator and guests need to be able to navigate multiple sets of stairs to access the basement, second, and third floor of the mansion as well as the basement and second floor of the carriage house. Guests also will need to be able to navigate uneven ground walking across the estate between buildings.

Free public parking is available in the gravel lot near the entrance of the estate. The evening begins in the chapel at the far west end of the parking lot. There is VERY limited access to taxi and rideshare transportation.

Yes, restrooms are available in both the mansion and the carriage house, which have been fully restored. Please note that the event will start in the chapel, where there are no restroom facilities. The chapel portion of the event will last approximately 30 minutes.

You are welcome to bring flashlights and portable devices for paranormal investigation. Please no outside food or beverages other than water. All bags are subject to search.

While this is not a costume event, costumes without masks are allowed.

No, this in not a haunted house attraction with actors. For entertainment purposes only - paranormal activity or ghost sightings are not guaranteed.

Due to limited tour sizes ticket sales will not be available at the door. All ticket sales end at noon on the event day.

Free passes are not redeemable for this event.

Each ticket is for a designated showtime and set of events. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your time to check in and enjoy footage from past paranormal investigations.

A full refund will only be issued if the event is cancelled. No other refunds will be given. Unused tickets will be considered a donation to The Felt Estate for the face value of the ticket (not including fees) and receipt of donation can be requested by emailing events@feltmansion.org within sixty (60) days of the event. Reselling of tickets is not permitted. The Felt Estate is the only authorized seller of tickets for this event and all tickets must be purchased through our Eventbrite link.

“SPOOKY” TOURS & HALLOWEEN
TRICK-OR-TREATING
Join us on select dates for self-guided tours through the eerily-decorated mansion. No ghost stories, gore or jump-scares, just a few creepy decor touches to embrace Spooky Season.
Monday, Oct 26 from 4:00-8:00PM
Tuesday, October 27 from 4:00-8:00PM
Wednesday, October 28 from 4:00-8:00PM
Adults: $10; Seniors (60+) $8; Children 8+ $5; Children 7 and under are free
Advance purchase tickets are available, but not required. Cash, check, and credit/debit card accepted at the door.
Then, on Halloween, Saturday the 31st, we invite all our little elementary school goblins and ghouls to visit The Felt for indoor trick-or-treating from 1:00-3:00 PM.
This is a no-cost event, but donations are encouraged.
Grab the kiddos and their costumes (no winter jacket needed!), and visit us to explore the mansion while collecting candy and other goodies. AND, the State of Michigan Department of Natural Resources from Saugatuck Dunes State Park will be joining us with fun carnival games in the party tent.
