The Estate’s buildings are open for self-guided tours Monday through Wednesday during the Spring and Summer months. Explore the restored 1904 Gibson Church, the 1917 Carriage House, as well as the 1928 mansion and grounds. The adjacent Shore Acres Park offers a disc golf course, and wooded trails traverse the Saugatuck Dunes State Park and Patty Birkholz natural area. The beauty of Lake Michigan is just a short .6-mile trek over the dunes.

Please park at the wooden pylons or white-chained grassy parking area, and enter the mansion through the front door (pillared entrance on the East side of the mansion) to pay your admission fee, and then explore all three buildings and the grounds at your leisure.

Adults: $10; Seniors (60+) $8; Children 8+ $5; Children 7 and under are free

Advance tickets are not available, admission is purchased at the time of entry

*Please note that only the first floor of the mansion, carriage house, and chapel are handicap-accessible. Access to the upper floors is via stairs.
