Take in the wonder and beauty of another era by exploring the Felt Mansion. We have various tour options available. The Felt Estate offers private guided tours for groups of 15 or more for $20 per person. You must have a least 15 people for a private tour. Groups with fewer people must take a self-guided tour. Tours lasts between one to one-and-a-half hours. If you have a smaller group and want a private tour, email email@example.com for pricing and availability. Small groups should take a self-guided tour to explore the mansion on your own: $15 for adults, $12 for students and seniors, children under 12 get in free. A docent is available at the welcome desk to answer questions that may arise during your tour.
Note: self-guided tours are offered during the summer months from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Always check the calendar for times and prices. Guided and Self-guided tours are also available during December for the Holiday Season.
Summer Self-guided tours begin near Memorial Day and end around Labor Day. Specific dates will be posted as these times near. Typically, self-guided tours are Sundays through Wednesdays, 1-5 p.m. Guests will receive a tour pamphlet and may stroll through the mansion and grounds at their own pace. Occasionally, tours are cancelled due to private, rental events.

Regular Summer self-guided tour pricing: $15 adults; $12 for students and seniors; Children 12 and under are free. Mondays are free for seniors in the summer only – not during the holiday season.
Holiday self-guided tours are available most Mondays through Wednesdays in December beginning December 10. See Calendar for details.
The Felt Mansion can accommodate groups of any size. A private guided tour generally lasts one to one-and-a-half hours and includes a full history of the estate. The Felt Mansion is handicap accessible on the first floor only. Busses are welcome – but please call in advance to arrange for your best tour experience. Visitors must be able to navigate steps in order to view the upper levels. However, we do have an alternate virtual/video tour for those with mobility issues.
Your group may also want to see our documentary “The Man and His Mansion” at no additional cost. Just request this when you arrange your tour. If your group has already visited the mansion but would like to see the carriage house, chapel, and more of the grounds, we can also arrange that on a separate tour.
Buses are welcome! Drivers and tour coordinators are given complimentary admission to the mansion tour. Lunch is available – but must be coordinated prior to your visit. For groups with 15 people or more, the tour cost is $20 per person. (For groups with fewer than 15 people, please email Patty email@example.com for pricing and availability.). Cost for lunch is $12 per person. (Always make lunch arrangements prior to visit.)
In lovely weather, lunch is served on the West Balcony overlooking the park. During inclement weather, lunch is served in our handsome parlor. Our boxed lunch consists of a delicious chicken wrap, chips, fruit, cookie, and beverage and is provided by our partner, Spectators Bar & Grill. Certain special dietary needs will be honored given advanced notice.
Join us for a night of ghost stories, legends, paranormal investigation and fright. You will hear first-hand accounts of unexplained phenomenon before you explore the mansion and carriage house by candle light. This self-guided tour includes areas normally restricted to the public and tour size is limited. If you’re looking for more of a fright you can join us for the 1973 horror classic, The Exorcist.
