"What can I do to Help?"

Good question. However, what we really need to know is what are your skills and areas of particular interest.

Clicking here, will bring up a list of projects and their descriptions. The list is not exhaustive and will be updated as we go along. Please look for your area of interest and zero in on a project where you think you can contribute.

Volunteers who love what they are doing do a better job, enjoy themselves, and volunteer again. So, above all, choose a project you love and about which you can be excited. I live a life of passion and love. One of my personal goals is to inspire all volunteers to do the same.

Some ideas I have (just a few)

A benefit concert by a Michigan celebrity (Ted Nugent or someone like that)
A marathon ("Restoration Run") where the entry fees goes toward renovation
Party in the park --- a festival of arts in Shore Acres Park,
with a percentage of the profits going toward the estate restoration
Dinner theatre in the ballroom
Dances in the ballroom
Tours once a month
Donation requests via newsletters
Ghost hunting seminars & night photography tours
"Haunted" house tours (during October)
Antique car shows
(suggestions welcome)
