The Ballroom

Oddly enough, the third-floor ballroom was not originally planned
because it was first designed to be merely attic space and
the only stairs to it are a narrow flight from the servant's quarter's.

this wide-open expanse was used as a dormatory for seminary students
when the St Augustime Seminary owned the mansion.
